- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT contract staffing roles across PAN India.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates across volume and niche technologies, with major focus on SAP, Cloud, and Data.
- weekly sourcing targets (40-50 profiles per week) and maintain a high conversion ratio (Submissions → Interviews → Selections → Onboardings).
- Conduct daily candidate engagement (pre-offer & post-offer) to minimize dropouts and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards, ATS, and trackers; provide weekly reports to management.
- Work collaboratively with Onboarding Coordinators & Delivery Managers to ensure closures are aligned to business demand.
- 1-5 years of IT recruitment experience with a proven track record in domestic contract staffing.
- Experience in handling niche IT requirements (SAP, Cloud, Data) as well as volume hiring (Java, .NET, Testing, Infra).
- Strong sourcing expertise using Naukri, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and vendor networks.
- Ability to close 8-10 onboarding per month individually.
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
- Result-oriented, target-driven, with excellent negotiation and engagement skills.
