## What you'll do:This role will provide specialized technical support to the regional UPS Business Development and Sales teams, which contribute significantly to market revenue.The role focuses on technical validation, documentation, and design support for tenders, bids, and RFQs. It bridges the gap between sales and engineering by delivering high-quality technical solutions and documentation for critical power applications."• Assist BD and Sales teams in UPS tender participation by preparing BID compliance, submittal drawings, technical clarifications and BOQ preparation.

Respond to RFPs and RFIs with complete technical specifications and solution architectures to match customer requirements.
Design UPS solutions for industrial and IT applications, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.
Prepare electrical sizing and calculations for UPS systems, batteries (Li-ion, NiCD and VRLA), transformers, and associated LV power equipment.
Create detailed system designs including single-line diagrams (SLDs), load calculations, and technical specifications for tenders and proposals.
Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and optimal solution design.
Prepare room layouts and equipment positioning plans using AutoCAD as per tender requirement."

## Qualifications:Bachelor degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
"Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

3-6 years of experience in technical support, electrical design, or pre-sales in the power systems domain."

## Skills:"•Good understanding of UPS technologies including single-phase and three-phase systems, modular and conventional architectures

Good knowledge of power electronics and electrical distribution systems up to medium voltage levels
Should have good understannding in battery technologies including Li-ion and VRLA systems, sizing calculations, and backup time estimations
Understanding of power quality concepts including harmonics, power factor correction, and electrical protection systems
Proficiency in electrical design software including AutoCAD, ETAP, or similar power system analysis tools
Knowledge of industry standards including IEC,UL, IS, and relevant electrical codes and regulations
Understanding of data center infrastructure including cooling systems, IT infrastructure, and critical facility design
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, & MS word
Understanding of project specifications and ability to interpret customer technical requirements"
