Responsibilities:- Lead the architecture, design, and development of end-to-end power electronics products (AC-DC, DC-DC, DC-AC converters).- Own complete product lifecycle: concept, design, prototyping, testing, certification, and production ramp-up.- Define and drive control strategy implementation using digital control on MCUs/DSPs (e. g., TI C2000 Infineon PSoC, STM32).- Make key technical decisions in topology selection, component sizing, thermal design, EMI/EMC mitigation, and protection.- Guide schematic, layout, and firmware development teams with best practices for high-performance and reliable power hardware.- Drive compliance with IEC, BIS, and CISPR standards for safety and EMI/EMC.- Interface with manufacturing, sourcing, and quality teams to ensure design for manufacturability and cost optimization.- Mentor and lead junior and mid-level engineers; establish technical direction for the power electronics group.- Coordinate with executive leadership on R& D roadmap and support customer/product strategy.- Represent the company's technology vision in external forums, industry consortia, and technical audits.Requirements:- B. E. /B. Tech or M. Tech/Ph. D. in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or related discipline.- 6+ years of experience in hands-on design and leadership of power electronics product development.- Strong fundamentals in converter topologies, control theory, magnetics, power semiconductors (IGBT, SiC, GaN), and thermal management.- Proven experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering high-quality power products at scale.- Proficiency in embedded C/C++, simulation tools (MATLAB, PLECS, LTspice), and PCB design workflows.- Familiarity with industrial standards (IEC 61851 IS 1701,7 IEC 61000 series, BIS, etc. )
