- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers
- Coordinate and conduct new employee orientation and onboarding activities
- Manage employee payroll, ensuring timely and accurate processing
- Maintain and update employee records and databases
- Assist in the implementation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures
- Support employee performance management and evaluation processes
- Provide HR support and guidance to employees
- Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices
