The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing reports, and handling various administrative and hr tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office. Responsibilities: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and appointments for senior management. Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transportation. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and proposals. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Provide assistance in HR generalist activities Support recruitment activities, onboarding and offboarding of candidates Handle employee relations, including addressing employee grievances and conducting exit interviews. Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality. Coordinate training and development initiatives for employees. Stay updated on labour laws and HR best practices. Requirements: Proven minimum 2 years experience as an executive assistant or HR Generalist role. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organisational and time management skills. Bachelor's degree preferred.
