- Oversee daily operations of 3-8 food service venues across assigned properties, ensuring consistent quality standards and managing annual revenues of $2-5M per location • Develop and execute strategic F&B programming that enhances tenant experience, including pop-up markets, corporate catering services, and community dining events • Negotiate and manage vendor relationships with restaurants, caterers, and specialty food providers while maintaining profit margins of 15-25% • Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to optimize menu offerings and service delivery, presenting quarterly performance reports to property stakeholders • Lead cross-functional teams of 15-30 F&B staff, providing ongoing training on customer service excellence, food safety protocols, and JLL brand standards • Coordinate with building engineering and security teams to ensure seamless integration of F&B operations within overall property management systems • Plan and execute large-scale corporate events and tenant appreciation programs serving 200-1,000+ attendees while managing budgets up to $50K per event • Conduct regular property walkthroughs and tenant surveys to identify opportunities for service enhancement and space optimization
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field with 5+ years of progressive F&B management experience • Proven track record managing multi-unit food service operations with annual revenues exceeding $3M across commercial or mixed-use properties • Current ServSafe Manager Certification and thorough knowledge of health department regulations, food safety protocols, and commercial kitchen operations • Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management, budget development, vendor negotiations, and cost control strategies • Exceptional leadership skills with demonstrated ability to recruit, train, and retain high-performing teams in fast-paced environments • Advanced proficiency in point-of-sale systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for financial analysis • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with C-suite executives, property managers, and frontline staff • Physical ability to work in commercial kitchen environments, lift up to 40 pounds, and maintain flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
- Master's degree in Hospitality Management, MBA, or relevant advanced certification such as Certified Food and Beverage Executive (CFBE) • 8+ years of experience specifically within corporate dining, commercial real estate F&B, or high-volume contract food services • Experience with sustainable food sourcing, wellness-focused menu development, and dietary accommodation programs for diverse corporate environments • Bilingual capabilities in markets with significant non-English speaking populations, particularly Spanish or Mandarin • Background in event planning and corporate catering with demonstrated success managing budgets exceeding $100K annually • Familiarity with property management software platforms and integration of F&B operations within comprehensive building management systems
