- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy targets
- Identify and generate new business opportunities (corporate clients, travel agents, event planners)
- Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring long-term client relationships
- Handle room sales, banquet sales, and MICE business (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions)
- Conduct client meetings, hotel presentations, and site visits
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements with clients
- Coordinate with operations, front office, and F&B teams for seamless event execution
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and MIS for management review
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management / Business Administration or related field
- 3–8 years of experience in hotel sales (preferably in 3-star/4-star properties)
- Strong network in Vadodara/Gujarat corporate market
- Proven track record in corporate sales, banquet sales, and room revenue generation
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
