We are seeking a dynamic "Field Sales Executive / Medical Representatives" to lead our CNS Portfolio in Mumbai Central and Raigarh regions.Required Segment: CNS SegmentExperience: Total 5+ and 2-4 years as an FSE OR 5+ Years as an MR with a reputable brandStability: Minimum of 2 years in the current organizationPreferred Location: Central MumbaiKey Responsibilities:Day-to-Day Role of a Medical Representative (MR) / Senior Medical Representative (Sr MR):1. Daily Field Visits: - Schedule and conduct regular visits to healthcare professionals, including neurologists, psychiatrists, and general practitioners, to share product information and address any inquiries they may have. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to enhance brand loyalty and gain insights into market trends.2. Product Training and Support:- Conduct detailed training sessions for healthcare professionals on product usage, benefits, and latest research findings, ensuring they are well-informed to make recommendations to patients. - Prepare and present educational materials and scientific literature to support the discussions.3. Market Analysis and Competitor Insights: - Gather intelligence on competitor products, marketing strategies, and pricing to report on market dynamics and inform strategic planning. - Analyze sales data and market feedback to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.4. Sales Targets: - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed designated sales targets in the Central Nervous System (CNS) sector. - Monitor progress towards targets and adjust tactics as necessary to ensure success.5. Mentoring Junior Staff: - Offer guidance and support to junior representatives, sharing best practices and insights to help them develop professionally. - Conduct training sessions for junior staff on effective communication, territory management, and sales techniques.6. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: - Work closely with marketing teams to align promotional strategies and campaign messaging with market needs and product updates. - Coordinate with supply chain management to ensure product availability and timely distribution to healthcare facilities. - Collaborate with analytics teams to leverage data for informed decision-making and to assess the effectiveness of promotional efforts.7. Reporting and Documentation: - Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback, ensuring compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations. - Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and competitor activities for senior management.8. Continuous Learning: - Stay up to date with industry developments, medical advancements, and regulatory changes to provide accurate information and maintain credibility with healthcare professionals. - Participate in training programs, workshops, and conferences to enhance knowledge and skills relevant to the role.
