Our fully integrated services are tailored to plan and manage projects using proven best practices.About Project : Systra is appointed to provide Project Management Consultancy Services for Works of Signalling & Telecommunication System, SCADA System, and Ticketing System Of Mumbai – Ahmedabad High Speed Rail ProjectWe are seeking applications:Position: Chief Expert-SHEHiring for Project Management Consultancy Services for Works of Signalling & Telecommunication System, SCADA System, and Ticketing System of Mumbai – Ahmedabad High Speed Rail ProjectLocation: Ahemedabad/Delhi Missions/Main Duties:This position shall report to PD and Dy. PD. The activities of the position shall include but not limited to: * Establish Safety Management System covering the comprehensive safety management in whole system which shall include; safety requirements for disaster protection of fire, flooding, earthquakes and lightning, train operation rules.

Develop an emergency procedures including contact networking with hospitals, fire stations, polices stations, military bases, and other organizations, if any.
Propose all safety, health and environment concerns to be proposed for the better SHE management system.
Review the safety, health and environmental measures during construction based on the detailed design and identify efficiency of accident mitigation measures based on this review.
Instruct the contractors to provide sufficient safety devices and sign boards for own safety as well as safety of general traffic and pedestrians.
Advise the Environmental Expert to undertake environmental monitoring and take necessarymitigation measures.
Ensure all health measures for the workforce on the site and offices.
Ensure compliance of statuatory measures as issued by the government and any other authority.
Assist NHSRCL on supervision of contractors

Profile/Skills:Minimum Qualification:
(i) Full time regular B.E/B. Tech withGovt. recognized full time regular Diploma in Safety.OR
(ii) Full time regular BE/B. Tech in safety.OR
(iii) Government recognized regular full time PG Degree in Environmental Engineering/Sciences with Regular Full Time Govt. Recognized Safety diploma/Degree.OR
(iv) Full time regular science degree withInternational Qualifications like CSP(Certified safety professional), NEBOSH Diploma.OR
(v) recognised degree in any branch of engineering from recognized university with International qualifications like CSP (Certified Safety Professional), Diploma in NEBOSH.Experience: * Total Experience: Overall 20 years of experience in Infrastructure Projects**.

Relevant Experience: 10 years of experience in SHE management during construction phase in Rail based Transit System project(s)*.

*Rail-based Transit System project(s) shall mean High-Speed Railways / Semi High-Speed Railways / Metro Railways projects as defined below:

High-Speed Railways projects (ETCS based) with operational speed equal or greater than 250 Kmph shall only be considered for evaluation.
Semi High-Speed Railways including Urban/Suburban/ Intercity/ Regional Passenger Transit Systems, projects with operational speed equal to or greater than 160 Kmph shall only be considered for evaluation.
Metro Railways excluding LRT/Tram/Monorail Systems, projects shall only be considered for evaluation.
