The analyst will provide high-quality, timely, and actionable insights that support product strategy, emerging tech evaluation, competitive intelligence, and innovation initiatives.Key Responsibilities
- AI-Augmented Trend & Market Intelligence
- Continuously scan global technology ecosystems using AI-powered research tools and autonomous agents to identify emerging technologies, trends, startups, and shifts impacting EY clients and solutions.
- Maintain always-on, dynamic intelligence dashboards, replacing static PPT-based outputs.
- AI-Driven Research & Insight Synthesis
- Use LLMs, RAG systems, and vector search to rapidly synthesize third-party research (Gartner, Forrester, IDC, etc.) into high-quality insights.
- Translate external thought leadership into internal strategic implications.
- Thought Leadership & Content Development
- Produce high-quality thought leadership, research briefs, and technology POVs using a human-in-the-loop AI writing workflow.
- Support the development of future-focused content on AI, agentic systems, emerging domains, and enterprise tech.
- Competitive & Market Analysis (Automated + Analyst-Led)
- Deploy agentic research workflows to collect competitive intelligence, product updates, pricing insights, and ecosystem shifts.
- Generate automated feature comparisons, vendor assessments, and industry benchmarking.
- Tech Evaluation & Strategic Advisory
- Collaborate with Product & Innovation teams to identify potential domains for prototyping and experimentation.
- Use AI tools to accelerate feasibility assessments, solution comparisons, and build-vs-buy evaluations.
- Research Automation & Knowledge Management
- Convert historical research into AI-ready knowledge assets through tagging, ingestion, and structuring workflows.
- Lead adoption of AI research assistants and agent-driven research processes for speed, accuracy, and scale.
- AI Fluency (Mandatory)
- Hands-on experience using LLMs, copilots, RAG systems, agentic research tools, or automated intelligence platforms.
- Ability to design and orchestrate AI workflows for data gathering, synthesis, analysis, and storytelling.
- Understanding of prompt engineering, responsible AI use, and quality control of AI-generated insights.
- Research & Analytical Expertise
- Proven experience in market and technology research, competitive intelligence, business research, or emerging tech analysis.
- Strong grasp of strategic frameworks (SWOT, PEST, Porter's Five Forces, benchmarking).
- Ability to combine AI-generated outputs with human analytical judgment.
- Technical & Data Skills
- Understanding of emerging technologies, software, cloud, and digital platforms.
- Experience with dashboards and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Comfort with large data sets, Excel (including pivots/automation), and structured analysis.
- Communication & Collaboration
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate insights clearly to leadership and diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate across geographies, influence without authority, and work effectively in cross-functional environments.
- MBA + BTech preferred; Bachelor's degree required.
- Certifications in AI/ML, data analytics, or emerging tech research are highly preferred.
