Job Description:We are looking for a highly skilled and ownership-driven Senior Research Analyst with 4+ years of experience in Global Value Dossiers (GVDs) to lead end-to-end evidence development and value communication deliverables.This role is not limited to medical writing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing the full evidence backbone required for GVDs including literature strategy, data synthesis, value messaging, and economic evidence and translating it into high-quality, client-ready dossiers.The candidate should be capable of independently driving GVD development from scratch, while also leading, mentoring, and scaling a team to deliver consistent, high-quality outputs across multiple projects.Department:Research & AnalysisSkills Required:Evidence Generation, Evidence Synthesis, Scientific / Medical Writing, Economics ModellingRole:

Lead complete development of Global Value Dossiers, from planning to final delivery
Define content strategy, structure, and value messaging aligned with payer and HTA expectations
Integrate clinical, economic, and humanistic evidence into cohesive narratives
Design and execute literature search strategies and evidence identification approaches
Conduct or oversee screening, data extraction, and evidence synthesis
Build evidence frameworks and value storylines to support market access objectives
Understand and contribute to health economic models (cost-effectiveness, budget impact, etc.)
Interpret model outputs and translate them into clear value communication
Develop high-quality sections across GVDs, AMCP dossiers, and related value documents
Ensure content meets global standards (HTA, payer expectations, publication quality)
Perform critical review and QC of deliverables
Provide hands-on training on evidence synthesis, dossier structuring, and writing
Drive process standardization and quality improvement across projects
Translate client requirements into clear execution plans
Act as a subject matter expert for GVDs in client discussions
Manage timelines, risks, and quality across multiple deliverables

Education/Qualification:Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Public Health, or Health Economics (or equivalent)
