- Supervise and manage the complete manufacturing lifecycle of fire-resistant safes.
- Ensure seamless coordination between fabrication, assembly, quality checks, and packaging.

- Perform regular inspections and tests to verify fire resistance, structural integrity, and overall product quality.
- Enforce compliance with industry and company standards throughout production stages.
- Ensure products meet required certifications such as BIS, UL, and EN fire resistance standards.
- Coordinate testing procedures, maintain documentation, and support audits for certification processes.
- Keep records and reports up to date to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Oversee installation teams to ensure safes are installed per client specifications.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for installed products.
- Address on-site technical issues and ensure client satisfaction.
- Identify areas for design enhancement and process optimization using field feedback and testing data.
- Collaborate with R&D or design teams to incorporate improvements in safety, durability, and usability.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and design specifications to guide production and installation processes.
- Ensure adherence to design requirements in all activities.
- Lead, train, and mentor technicians, installers, and junior supervisors.
- Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Engage with clients to understand their requirements and offer tailored solutions.
- Address client concerns and technical issues promptly and effectively.
- Ensure all operations are conducted in accordance with safety standards and fire-resistance regulations.
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 35 years of experience in supervising the production, installation, or maintenance of fire-resistant safes.
- Prior experience with reputed brands like Godrej Fire Resistant Home Lockers or Ozone India is highly desirable.
- Proficient in tools and equipment used for safe assembly and installation.
- Knowledge of fire resistance testing and applicable standards.
- Ability to read, interpret, and implement technical drawings and specifications.
- Understanding of certification processes and documentation requirements.
