- Develop new business opportunities and expand existing accounts within the quarry and construction sectors in the Southern Indian states.
- Execute territory-specific sales plans, monitor performance, and provide regular reporting.
- Support contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and renewals aligned with customer needs.
- Collaborate with clients to accurately forecast demand and deliver tailored blasting and seismic solutions.
- Provide technical consultation to improve safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness in operations.
- Introduce innovative systems and services that add measurable value to quarry and construction clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering (mandatory).
- 5-7 years in sales operations or after-sales support in mining, heavy equipment, or construction industries.
- Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a large territory.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for customer success.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Southern India.
- Knowledge of local languages (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam) is an advantage.
