Ltd., Khed, Pune - India, we are looking for aFinance Specialist - Planning & AnalysisRESPONSIBILTIESFinance Specialist has support finance manager to manage the day-to-day financial activities of the plant; control its financial resources and ensure that all financial transactions, systems and procedures comply with regulations, accounting principles, and standards.
  • Maintain Finance standards
  • Financial analysis and report, taxation, insurance, credit control, accounts payable and receivable, inventory and cost control and budgeting and forecasting.
  • Monitor all finance related Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) weekly and monthly
  • Analyze cash flow trends
  • Analyze the plant revenues, liabilities, credit conditions and other financial indicators to forecast its short, medium and long term cash flow position.
  • Evaluate and recommend investments and other financial instruments to meet these cash flow needs.
  • Maintain company management system
  • Coordinate internal audits
  • Documents and monitors Management system requirements to ensure the plant remains compliant
  • Expert in SAP FICO
  • Support in Budgeting
  • Preparation of budget and monitoring and evaluating the current performance with budget.
  • Identify variance and monitor action plan.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Education Level: Qualified Cost Management Accountant or Chartered Accountant
  • Education Program: Cost Management / Chartered Accountancy
  • Professional Registrations and Certifications:
  • Language Requirements: English, Hindi, Marathi
EXPERIENCE:
  • Years of Experience: 6-8 years' experience in manufacturing organizations (those with Automotive Industry experience is an added advantage)
