Job Title: Customer Support ExecutiveLocation: GurgaonDepartment: Customer ServiceJob Type: Full-timeKey Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, sales, logistics) to resolve customer issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Prior experience in customer service or support roles is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Both fresher and experienced candidates can apply for this customer service role.
  • Experience in telecom, BPO, and Telesales industries is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi
