• Lead fundraising strategy and execution across equity, debt, and hybrid structures-driving investor outreach, roadshows, and capital closure for ongoing and upcoming impact-focused initiatives.
• Build and manage strategic investor relationships with global LPs, oversee due diligence, and contribute to refining the organization's investment thesis and long-term capital strategy.

• Lead capital-raising initiatives across equity, debt, and hybrid instruments for ongoing and upcoming ventures.
• Build and manage long-term relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and HNWIs globally.
• Represent the organization at investor meetings, fundraising roadshows, and industry events.
• Oversee the creation of investor materials, deliver presentations, and manage end-to-end due diligence processes.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to refine the investment thesis and contribute to strategic thought leadership.

• 12-15 years of experience with professional qualifications like CA or a relevant degree in Finance
• Strong network and strategic relationships in the fundraising and investment ecosystem.
• Proven analytical, problem-solving, and sound judgment capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
