- Client Coordination: Liaise with clients, contractors, and vendors, assisting with inquiries and project updates.
- Project Management: Assist in the coordination and tracking of ongoing interior design projects, ensuring timelines and milestones are met.
- Document Management: Prepare, edit, and manage project-related documents, presentations, and reports. Maintain accurate records of contracts, proposals, and client communication.
- Event Planning & Coordination: Assist with organizing client meetings, site visits, and interior design presentations. Help plan events or shows as required.
- Communication: Handle internal and external communications, including phone calls, emails, and meeting agendas.
- Office Organization: Manage office supplies, equipment, and logistics to ensure the smooth operation of the workplace.
- Travel Coordination: Book travel arrangements and accommodations for senior management, when necessary.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably within the interior design or related industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic project management tools.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor when interacting with clients, vendors, and team members.
- A background or interest in interior design is highly desirable.
