The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and a proven track record in financial analysis, risk management, and reporting. You will play a critical role in managing the organization’s investments, financial portfolios, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.Key Responsibilities:Investment Management: Manage portfolios, investments in bonds, securities, and other financial instruments, ensuring optimal returns while balancing risk.Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify investment opportunities, assess risks, and recommend strategies for portfolio growth.Financial Analysis & Reporting: Prepare detailed financial reports, including performance tracking, ROI analysis, and investment reports for internal and external stakeholders.Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of financial budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial planning to ensure financial stability and growth.Compliance & Taxation: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, tax laws, and accounting standards. Manage tax filings, audits, and other compliance activities.Cash Flow Management: Oversee cash and funds flow management, ensuring liquidity and efficient use of resources.Asset Management: Supervise the management of company assets, ensuring they are appropriately allocated, monitored, and reported.Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with various internal departments, external stakeholders, and investment partners to ensure smooth execution of financial activities and strategies.Financial Modeling & Data Analysis: Utilize financial modeling techniques to forecast, evaluate and present investment options and outcomes.MS Office Expertise: Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant tools to assist with financial analysis, reporting, and presentations.Communication & Presentation: Strong communication and presentation skills for preparing and delivering financial reports and investment updates to senior management and stakeholders.Skills & Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
