Job Requirements

Strong business analysis skills with deep domain knowledge of Banking
Work with stakeholders and technical team members to map, analyze and document business processes and projects
Working with architect and development team in designing new IT systems by analyzing requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications
Must be solutions oriented – ultimately find and implement the ‘best fit’ solution to address the requirement on time.
Assist defining processes and choice of development tools to be used across the group
Perform functional and performance testing of solutions
Ensure code is easily maintainable and tracked in version control system
Provide task estimates, level of complexity assessment
Project Planning & Tracking
Provide input to scheduling of projects
Ensure tasks get executed on time and to required standards
Pass on knowledge of various technologies to other team members and to other functions

Work Experience

Experience in Agile Scrum methodologies and frameworks.
Statistical analysis techniques, such as exploratory analysis and predictive analytics.
Developing business cases with Communication, documentation presentation Skills .
Gather requirements, define the project’s scope in alignment with Customer & get sign-off.
Determines system objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats
Lead project team for gaining business user acceptance
Work with QA to validate releases match the requirements set for it.
Managing JIRA.
Hands-on with User Acceptance Testing.
Managing customer escalations & project timelines.
Deliver high quality project.
Experience in managing project having Microservices or Business Services or APIs using Java 8+, Spring Boot, Hibernate, J2EE.
Understand the use of Design Patterns and Design Architecture.
Experience with REST/SOAP, XML/JSON, Tomcat
API Security, JWT Signing
High level understanding of Service Discovery, Inter-Service Communication, Service Deployment and Service Orchestration frameworks.
