It includes ensuring a proper support agreement and that a Service Management system is in place and aligned with Hitachi Energy standard.Ensure technical documentation availability and accuracy for the application(s) in scope.Ensure that the yearly application costs are in line with allocated budget.Manage contract with external vendors.Support the CDC with the Vulnerability Management Service to ensure timely and accurate identification and mitigation of potential vulnerabilities.
