Job Description:Process end-to-end payroll for employees accurately and on time.Maintain employee payroll records, attendance, leave data, and deductions.Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and other labor laws.Generate and distribute salary slips, tax statements, and other payroll-related documents.Handle employee queries related to payroll, reimbursements, and tax deductions.Coordinate with the finance department for salary disbursement and reconciliations.Prepare monthly payroll reports and MIS for management review.Stay updated with payroll regulations, tax laws, and HR policies.Assist in audits related to payroll and statutory compliance.
