THE ROLE
As HR Executive – Operations at Hunger Inc., you’ll be the backbone of our people operations, ensuring our teams have everything they need to succeed while we create memorable food experiences. From onboarding to offboarding, payroll to policies, you’ll manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle with precision, compliance, and care. This isn’t just a desk job—you’ll be on the ground across our outlets, kitchens, and office spaces, making sure the workplace runs smoothly and employees feel supported.WHO WE ARE

Our HR team plays a central role in fostering a positive workplace, maintaining compliance, and ensuring seamless processes that allow our employees to thrive and, in turn, deliver delightful moments to our guests.WHO YOU ARE3+ years of experience in HR operations, ideally in hospitality, FMCG, or retailStrong understanding of HR practices, policies, and Indian labor lawsProficient in HRMS systems and MS Office (especially Excel)Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skillsSkilled in handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalismStrong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilitiesYOUR TEAM
You’ll work with:Manager – HR Operations (your direct reporting manager)People & Culture team for employee engagement and performance supportFinance team for payroll and compliance inputsOperations teams across restaurants, production units, and outletsREPORTING TO
Manager – HR OperationsYOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
  • Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage end-to-end lifecycle from onboarding (documentation, background checks, induction) to offboarding (exit interviews, F&F settlement, documentation).
HR Data & Records: Maintain accurate HRMS records, ensure data confidentiality, and generate reports/analytics for management insights.Payroll & Benefits: Collate payroll inputs (attendance, leave, etc.), administer benefits (insurance, PF, statutory compliances), and resolve related queries.Compliance & Policies: Ensure labor law and policy compliance, support policy updates, and handle employee grievances fairly.Employee Relations & Support: Serve as first HR contact for queries, support managers/employees on HR issues (performance, discipline), and organize engagement activities to promote a positive workplace.WHAT YOU BRINGA Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fieldProven HR operations expertise with strong process orientationData-driven mindset with the ability to generate reports and insightsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-location work environmentPassion for building a positive employee experienceWHAT YOU WILL GETHands-on exposure to HR operations in a high-growth hospitality companyOpportunities to learn across HR functions and scale your careerCompetitive salary and benefitsA collaborative and people-first culture where your work creates real impact
