Job Description:We are looking for Excel Specialist who is responsible to Carryout all activities of MIS executive of all countries, monthly Management reporting, consolidations, budgeting, forecasting, Parent company reporting and Preparation of Financials for yearend audit .Excel Specialist is expected to handle complex problems and issues relating to the role. Able to understand and apply proven concepts.Your key responsibilities would include:
  • Advanced excel skills including macros, data automation. Working with high volume of data in the given period of time.
  • Explore integration opportunities wherever possible and minimizing manual intervention.
  • Working with new applications like POWER BI, presentations.
  • Creation of multiple Excel based Dashboards for Reporting and analysis of Transactions. Complete end-to-end ownership of visualization/dashboarding for operations
  • Identify and report data quality issues, related to uniqueness, integrity, accuracy, consistency, and completeness and work to resolve them,
  • Identify opportunities to automate the persistent tasks to enhance efficiency
  • Receiving budget and forecast numbers from entities and ensure the same is loaded into Hyperion. Preparation budget and forecast presentations and sending the same to corporate for final revision.
  • Preparation Financial Statements for Audit and supplying necessary reports and confirmation to the auditors.
  • Preparation of Ad-hoc reports for group controller and CFO.
  • Ensure standards and policies are met in discharge of duties. Update the knowledge and skills from time to time to ensure global reporting standards are followed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2-3 experience using advanced excel.
  • Should be proficient Power point.
  • Arabic language skills would be an added advantage for this role
  • Proficient in HFM application and Oracle.
  • Must be very familiar with working with multiple currencies, foreign exchange currencies and different tax codes.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills coupled with the ability to establish and maintain productive result.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) is required.
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize multiple on-going projects.
