- Advanced excel skills including macros, data automation. Working with high volume of data in the given period of time.
- Explore integration opportunities wherever possible and minimizing manual intervention.
- Working with new applications like POWER BI, presentations.
- Creation of multiple Excel based Dashboards for Reporting and analysis of Transactions. Complete end-to-end ownership of visualization/dashboarding for operations
- Identify and report data quality issues, related to uniqueness, integrity, accuracy, consistency, and completeness and work to resolve them,
- Identify opportunities to automate the persistent tasks to enhance efficiency
- Receiving budget and forecast numbers from entities and ensure the same is loaded into Hyperion. Preparation budget and forecast presentations and sending the same to corporate for final revision.
- Preparation Financial Statements for Audit and supplying necessary reports and confirmation to the auditors.
- Preparation of Ad-hoc reports for group controller and CFO.
- Ensure standards and policies are met in discharge of duties. Update the knowledge and skills from time to time to ensure global reporting standards are followed.
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2-3 experience using advanced excel.
- Should be proficient Power point.
- Arabic language skills would be an added advantage for this role
- Proficient in HFM application and Oracle.
- Must be very familiar with working with multiple currencies, foreign exchange currencies and different tax codes.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills coupled with the ability to establish and maintain productive result.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) is required.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize multiple on-going projects.
