Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to reporting, analyzing the data subsets, creating of dashboards and P&L

Experience with all phases of the Reporting Life Cycle: ability to manage overall process from logging business requests through to their delivery into production including specification, prioritization, development, quality control.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Work independently and as part of a team to design, develop, test and implement dashboard reports.
Work with business and leadership teams to ensure deliverables fulfil requirements and quality levels.
Manage and co-ordinate software releases from development, testing and deployment to production.
SQL and database programming experience gained through either SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, and other relational databases will be an advantage.
Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques. Which includes high efficiency on power query/power bi for data modelling & visualization.
Performance tuning experience related to reporting queries required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications

Any Graduate
Preferred Qualifications - PowerBI, Basic understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, ITIL, ability to work with Microsoft office suite, Visio, Advance Excel,SQL
Relevant experience in developing dashboards and reports in Excel & Power BI is a must.

Preferred qualifications

Excellent analytical skills & attention to detail
Customer management exposure and good presentation skills is a must
Ability to lead calls with clients / other business function independently
Should have excellent client handling skills
Ability to handle pressure - Timelines and Customer Demands
Self-motivated and execution oriented
Team worker and should have people/peer management experience
High MS-Office skills (Advanced excel preferred)
Should be capable of handling lots of data in an efficient and effective manner.
LEAN/Six Sigma Trained, Tested & Certified (preferred)
Knowledge of Forecasting techniques would be an added advantage
Leads by example with High Value and Integrity
