- Market Research & Lead Generation
- Research potential customers, industries, and geographies to identify opportunities.
- Build and maintain lead databases using CRM and sales tools.
- Sales Support
- Assist in preparing sales pitches, presentations, and client proposals.
- Support pipeline management by tracking opportunities in CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams for demos, proposals, and client follow-ups.
- Pre-Sales Support
- Collaborate with pre-sales teams on RFPs, solution decks, and business cases.
- Gather client requirements and document them clearly for internal handovers.
- Participate in mock demos, product walkthroughs, and client Q&A prep.
- Cross-Regional Collaboration
- Work with teams in India and Europe, understanding cultural nuances and business expectations.
- Support scheduling, documentation, and communication across time zones.
- Reporting & Insights
- Maintain dashboards and generate weekly/monthly reports on BD activities.
- Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and new business opportunities.
- Recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related fields.
- Strong communication and presentation skills (written & verbal).
- Interest in B2B sales, SaaS, or technology-driven businesses.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in fast-paced, global environments.
- Ability to work flexible hours to support both India and Europe teams.
- Hands-on experience in international sales and pre-sales processes.
- Exposure to enterprise clients in India and Europe.
- Mentorship from senior leaders across sales, product, and pre-sales.
