Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

6 years of program management experience.

Experience in program management, including leading operational initiatives.

Experience working across functions and disciplines, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and building relationships with multiple stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience with the product development lifecycle.

Experience analyzing data and leveraging insights to drive strategy.

Experience managing risks (e.g., operational, product, team health).
Experience with user centered development, with a track record of delivering work across organizations.
Ability to build and launch programs from the scratch and to onboard problem spaces.

You’ll harmonize the work of UX Designers, Researchers, Content Strategists, UX Engineers, and other UX disciplines, while also working closely with our Engineering and Product Manager cross-functional partners, to drive UX team objectives and create innovative experiences for our business, products, and users.Whether it is paying online with Autofill, using tap and pay in stores, or using the Google Pay app, the Payments team at Google is focused on making payments simple, seamless, and secure. In addition to consumer payment technologies, the Payments team also powers the money movement between Google and its consumers and businesses.Responsibilities

Provide leadership and operational across UX teams to deliver the level of building and counsel through all project interactions, while building strong collaborative relationships with appropriate stakeholders across program work.
Develop business cases and engagement with partners on improvements. Develop processes/tools that drive cross-functional collaborations.
Run and implement investigative efforts for broader or cross-functional projects, programs, and strategies.
Contribute to the definition, integration and reporting of UX metrics that drive a culture of user-centered development based on program needs and stakeholder input.
Manage programs in an organization.
