- Pro-Actively review and refine the current processes to enhance resilience.
- Oversee and assist in the resolution of production incidents.
- Support the existing PHP code.
- Support the existing Orchestrator code.
- Working with the development team on small enhancements to the existing code.
- Work as part of a project team on larger projects, developing new integrations.
- Apply working procedures, methodologies and tools according to ITIL best practices and internal procedures.
- Comply with Information security best practices and guidelines.
- Participate in the elaboration and maintenance of the knowledge base of product.
- Domain specific knowledge, encompassing one of: Banking, Payments and Client Onboarding
- 3+ years at a similar level to that being advertised.
- Experience with Cloud-based platforms
- Close attention to detail and diagnostic skills / ability to logically think problems through to a final resolution.
