The responsibilities of the Recruitment Manager are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline and advising and building a close relationship with your business partners.Job Responsibilities:

Lead the recruitment team in achieving operational delivery targets
Deliver weekly management information reporting and other ad-hoc reporting requests
Attend and contribute to project and wider business resource meetings
Act as business partner to your departments, understanding their recruitment needs and guiding them on the best course of action
Drive and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from needs assessment, recommendation of attraction and sourcing strategies, direct sourcing, application screening, interviews, and offer management
Direct sourcing and talent pooling to actively build talent pipelines for critical/niche skill sets
Promoting Capital One as an employer of choice
Be an advocate for recruitment processes and encourage compliance whilst demonstrating knowledge of Employment Law
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress with key data and metrics to support evidence-based decision making
Participate in broader recruitment/HR initiatives

Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's DegreeAt least 10 years of experience with full-cycle recruitingPreferred qualifications:

Master's Degree
Experience in leading projects
Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in business or management
Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving targets and objectives
Confident, logical, solution-driven and results-oriented
Experience working with regional or global team set-ups
