- Responsible for providing administrative, technical, and project management support to a R&D function leaders and team members.
- Serves as a strategic business partner - trusted confidante, liaison, and executive stand-in - providing guidance and input regarding company and function affairs.
- Builds and maintains relationships crucial to the success of the R&D function and the organization.
- Should be well-versed in office management, technical tools and software applications, calendar management, and coordinating travel and business meetings.
- Must be professional and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Digitalization and automation of key department matrices, digital dashboards creation and management, budget tracking.
- Procurement & Inventory Management at India R&D Lab, coordination with Multifunction teams, setting up department meetings ( Takes care of Capex/Opex Purchase orders and requisitions, Coordinates with vendors and Procurement Team, Asset Management, Ensures closure of post purchase formalities in the finance portals (Coupa, Steam, SAP, etc.) for overall India based R&D team)
- Administration activities for India R&D Function and lab ( Effectively manages day-to-day activities at function and lab which includes Annual Maintenance contracts for lab and office equipment, Coordination for vendors’ visits, Staff refreshments, HR related assistance to new contract employees ).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
- Minimally 3-5 years’ experience in relevant administrative assistant position
- Strong technology skills and proficiency in MS Office suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint) and other collaboration technologies.
- Proven ability to communicate in English (written and spoken).
- Strong organization and follow through skills.
- Able to meet multiple deadlines with excellence.
- Excellent time management skills and operational discipline is a must.
- Clear ability to handle multiple priorities
