Housiey is an ecosystem that enables buyers to make smart decisions & ultimately to buy their dream home with a unique, complete transparent & convenient way.We are a team of 250+ professionals with offices in Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore & Ahmedabad.Housiey on Yearly basis -- Sell properties worth 1100 to 1200 Crores (YoY growth 100%)- Facilitate 12000+ Site Visits of the Home Buyers- 1200+ Apartments booked- 1.40lakhs+ leads generatedWe are looking to hire an individual with rich home loan experience in DSA companies.Key Responsibilities -
  • Responsible for Bank tie-ups with regards to Home Loans for various projects.
  • Liasioning with various teams for Project approval with different banks/financial institutions.
  • Finalizing multiple Home Loan schemes & payment schedules with Banks/financial institutions from time to time for various Projects.
  • Also responsible for providing the cost/price per square feet to the sales team with regards to various home loan schemes & customized payment schedules.
  • Responsible for the loan disbursement process.
Knowledge, skills and experience required:-Graduate with minimum 1+ Year of experience from banking, financial services.Exposure into home loan sales & home loan disbursement cycle.Excel & MS Office knowledge would be mandatory.Shall be open to field work as well.Perks - Salary + Aggressive Incentive StructureJob Location :- Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore & Ahmedabad
