Who we are looking forCredit Systems Project Manager, Assistant Vice President, this position will lead projects for Global Credit Finance’s (GCF) Loan IQ loan platform, related applications and processes. The project manager position will be located in Bangalore.   • Managing and driving the execution of complex projects
  • Applying judgment to balance process compliance with achievement of business objectives
  • Working in partnership with business and technical roles to lead and support system rollouts, upgrades, and integrations.
  • Engaging others in the delivery and execution of technical solutions and service deliverables
  • Ability to drill down from the big picture to process details
  • Ability to communicate objectives, plans, status, and results clearly
  • Ability to influence and motivate teams without direct authority.
  • Working closely with front, middle, and back-office teams to understand requirements, deliver solutions, and translate business needs into technical execution.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring timely delivery.
  • Familiarity with data platforms and tools such as LoanIQ and Vizio.
Education & Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 5+ years managing and driving the execution of complex projects
  • Proven knowledge of project management and workflow software
  • Working knowledge of loan servicing and related functions
  • Loan IQ knowledge preferred
