- Lead and define engineering strategy for utility-scale solar PV, hybrid, and BESS projects.
- Drive end-to-end engineering across feasibility, design, procurement, and commissioning.
- Oversee plant design optimization including DC/AC sizing, trackers, inverters, and grid integration.
- Lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams across electrical, civil, structural, and SCADA systems.
- Ensure compliance with grid codes, IEC/IS standards, and international best practices.
- Drive value engineering initiatives focused on LCOE reduction and design standardization.
- Evaluate and deploy emerging technologies such as bifacial modules, BESS, and floating solar.
- Champion digital tools including simulation platforms, digital twins, and construction analytics.
- Manage technical risks related to land, grid connectivity, and equipment performance.
- Collaborate with EPC contractors, OEMs, and regulatory bodies for project delivery.
- Establish engineering governance frameworks, SOPs, and centralized design standards.
- Build and lead a high-performing engineering team across multiple projects.
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; Master's preferred.
- Brings 25+ years of experience in engineering and design of large-scale solar PV projects.
- Proven expertise in grid integration, EPC management, and multi-site execution.
- Strong understanding of solar technologies, plant performance metrics (PR, CUF), and system design.
- Demonstrates leadership in driving innovation, digital transformation, and process standardization.
- Strong stakeholder management across internal teams, OEMs, and regulatory authorities.
