
Vendor Relationship Executive

- Develop, oversee, and nurture strong relationships with recruitment vendors and agencies. Candidates with a background in Sales & Recruitment Industry are preferred.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new vendors and ensure all compliance and contractual requirements are met.
- Assign job requirements to suitable vendors based on their capabilities and track their performance.
- Monitor vendor performance against SLAs (Turnaround Time, quality, response rate).
- Handle conflicts, negotiate terms, and enhance vendor service levels.
- Regularly update and provide reports on vendor performance to senior management.
- Collaborate with the internal recruitment team to fulfill hiring needs.
- Provide training to vendors on understanding job descriptions, the hiring process, and documentation standards.
- Ensure adherence to hiring timelines and quality standards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in vendor coordination, negotiation, and relationship building.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience in working with recruitment agencies or in a staffing environment is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools/ATS is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Vendor Relationship Manager or similar role
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA in HR preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in vendor management, preferably in the recruitment domain.
