What you will learn and contribute to (Key Responsibilities):

Creation and deployment of process standards/Manuals for existing as well as new locations.
Set standards for adherence to process requirements.
Pre-Survey/During and Post implementation to set process parameters as per MLL standard..
Review of customer end processes ,identification of gaps and abnormalities, design & implement process improvements.
Support in define audit frequency, process standards, KRI/KPI and Matrix for monitoring and ensuring sustainability .
Support in designing process standards- SOP, PFD,PFMEA,CP & DWMS, dashboard for MIS
Train people on SOP/WI and standards practices.
Hands on experience in data crunching and Analysis
Support and drive in preparing MIS and Dashboards for Management review.
Train Super user and other users on the process.
Six Sigma Green Belt/Problem Solver/ Improvement project leader

Critical Competencies:

Knowledge on Warehousing , 3PL, Manufacturing- SCM [Logistics]/ Store operation , Automobile- SCM [Logistics] / Stores operation
Standardization of SOPs,WI, PFD, PFMEA , Process Mapping, Lean practices, Problem Solving, Warehousing, IMS, ISO

Bachelor in Engineering
