Job Title Technical Project ManagerJob DescriptionTPM role involves driving cross-functional teams to execute product updates, cost optimizations, compliance changes, and technology refreshes throughout the product lifecycle. The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and in alignment with business and regulatory requirements. This position requires strong technical understanding, stakeholder management, and project governance skills to ensure product continuity and sustained customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage end-to-end lifecycle management projects for personal health products, including cost reduction, component changes, quality improvements, and regulatory updates.Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure smooth execution of LCM initiatives.Drive project planning, including defining scope, timelines, deliverables, risk assessment, and resource allocation.Ensure compliance with medical device/healthcare product regulatory standards and internal quality management systems.Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, progress tracking, and timely decision-making.Monitor and report project performance through established KPIs and governance frameworks.Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate issues proactively.Support business continuity by ensuring supply stability and seamless product transitions across geographies.Contribute to process improvements in project execution and lifecycle management frameworks.Monitors project activities closely, balancing risk-taking with issue escalation, and preparing detailed progress and escalation reports for the project steering team to ensure informed decision-making.Ensures that Philips standards (Process/Systems/Way-of-Working) are adopted and adhered to, as outlined in the Philips Business System (PBS) and the local Management System based on the Philips Excellence Process Framework (PEPF).Applies Philips PM Standards (PMBok and SAFe) with a basic understanding and practical application, ensuring that project management practices are aligned with organizational expectations and industry best practices.Minimum RequirementsEducationBachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE/BTech) in Electrical, Mechanical, or related technical field.Experience8–10 years of professional experience in project management within healthcare, medical devices, or consumer health products.Proven experience in lifecycle management, product engineering changes, or supplier-driven projects.CertificationPMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification is highly preferable.Preferred QualificationsEducationBachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE/BTech). Advanced degree (M.Tech/MBA) is a plus.SkillsStrong knowledge of product lifecycle management (PLM) processes.Familiarity with medical device regulations (ISO 13485, FDA, MDR, etc.) and compliance frameworks.Hands-on experience with project planning tools (MS Project, Jira, or similar).Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in risk management and cost optimization projects.Ability to manage global, cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.Knowledge of supply chain processes and supplier quality management is an advantage.How we work together

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
