As an HRBP, you will work closely with business leaders and the HRBP Manager to align HR strategies with company goals, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure a positive employee experience.What you'll do & how you'll make your mark.1) Strategic HR Initiatives
- Align HR initiatives with business objectives and strategic goals.
- Partner with the HRBP Manager to drive organizational performance through effective people strategies.
- Contribute to talent strategies including workforce planning, succession planning, and development programs.
- Support initiatives to attract, retain, and develop high-performing talent.
- Collaborate with the HRBP Manager to advise leaders on team structures, role design, and reporting lines.
- Support change management and organizational design efforts.
- Guide managers and teams through the performance management cycle (goal setting, feedback, calibration, and reviews).
- Analyze engagement survey results and partner with stakeholders to implement action plans that improve employee experience.
- Act as a first point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
- Document employee relations matter and escalate complex issues to the HRBP Manager as needed.
- Utilize key HR metrics (attrition, time-to-fill, talent flow, etc.) to support decision- making.
- Monitor trends and provide actionable insights to business leaders.
- Facilitate coaching sessions for people managers and senior leaders to enhance leadership skills and accountability.
- Provide logistical and administrative support for leadership communication, meetings, and follow-up actions.
- Bachelor's/master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in an HRBP or generalist role, preferably in a matrix/global organization
- Hands-on experience with talent management, employee engagement, and performance frameworks.
- Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism
- Analytical thinker with a data-driven approach
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficient in HR systems and tools.
