1) Strong verbal and written English skills for effective communication.
2) Proficiency in creating Word documents and Excel sheets.
3) Excellent calendar management to ensure seamless scheduling of meetings across different time zones.
4) Coordination of travel bookings, expenses, and claims.
5) Support in raising POs and processing bills promptly.
6) Timely follow-up on submissions and close collaboration with HR Directors.
7) Booking meeting rooms and facilitating meeting logistics.
8) Assisting in the organization of quarterly town halls.
9) Handling HR communications and mailers efficiently.
10) Maintaining and organizing department documents.
11) Proactive and Organized Individual with excellent communication skills.
