The role demands strong communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a target-driven approach.Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective students from our leads database
Explain our training courses and career opportunities in aviation and hospitality
Convert inquiries into walk-ins and assist with admissions
Follow up regularly and maintain proper call logs using CRM tools
Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets

Key Requirements:

Good communication in English & Hindi(regional language is a plus)
Confident, polite phone manner with a persuasive attitude
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry)
Graduates preferred; freshers with good communication skills are welcome
