💼 Job Role: Telecalling + Client Coordination + Back Office
💰 Salary: As per industry standards🔹 Key Responsibilities:✔️ Make outbound & inbound telecalling for client engagement
✔️ Coordinate with clients regarding services, queries & follow-ups
✔️ Maintain client records & update database regularly
✔️ Assist sales/service team in scheduling & documentation
✔️ Prepare & manage reports, emails & official communication
✔️ Handle customer inquiries with professionalism
✔️ Perform general back-office activities (filing, data entry, MIS reporting)
✔️ Work on Excel & Emails for client communication and reporting🔹 Desired Candidate Profile:✅ Graduate / Undergraduate can apply
✅ 1–3 years of telecalling / client coordination / back office experience preferred
✅ Good communication skills (Hindi / English / Local language)
✅ Proficiency in MS Excel, Word & Email handling
✅ Strong organizational & multitasking ability
