OverviewThe Process Engineer is responsible for the SW development process. He/She will collaborate with the development teams to define and maintain the processes as well as process assets (templates, checklists, procedures, etc). Process Engineers are also responsible for maintaining the process assets up to date with the latest industry standards and with the progressive learning of the development teams (lessons learned and best practices).QualificationsBachelor’s or master of science in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or a related Engineering degree from an accredited university.Skills1. At least 5 years of applied experience in Software Engineering.2. Certified Provisional ASPICE Assessor3. Strong knowledge of other software process models (CMMI, ISO26262, ISO21434, TS16949/QS9000).4. Proved knowledge in process modeling and process modeling tools (ex: Stages).5. Thorough understanding of quality tools (APQP process, Root Cause Analysis, 8D).6. Familiar with Classic and Adaptive AUTOSAR.7. Familiar with MISRA tools/compliance.8. Worked within an Agile/auto scrum environment.Desired Skills1. ASPICE competent assessor certification.2. ISO26262 certified.3. Master’s degree in computer science or electrical engineering.4.Software Quality Assurance Certification.5. Knowledge of programming languages C, C++, MATLAB, Simulink, Python6. Familiarity with CICDExperienceAt least 5 years of applied experience in Software Engineering.
