2. Employee Life-cycle Management: Ensure effective administration of various employee life-cycle management processes in compliance with statutory guidelines and organizational policies & and procedures.
3. Talent Acquisition and Talent Management: Creating a talent acquisition strategy & and ensuring the supply of quality human Assets to fulfil existing & and future needs.
4. Performance Enablement Execute performance enabling processes i.e. KRA deployment & and managing performance, performance appraisal & and feedback, Grievance Redressal, etc, in collaboration with the site head and leadership team.
5. Identify and develop business critical technical, managerial & and behavioural capabilities at the site, in line with strategic business plans. Determine training needs based on performance/ talent feedback sessions; collaborate with line managers, TTC, L&D team and external experts to develop & and deploy developmental programs to achieve developmental goals; facilitate workmen-related training; collaborate with Site Head to develop capability of the second line leadership through talent profiling and structured IDP execution programs.
6. Employee Engagement Set up & and execute processes for Induction programs for new joiners; design and execute Rewards and recognition programs in collaboration with central SPOCs; facilitate employee engagement survey organize skip level, FGDs and Town Hall meetings; design & execute engagement calendar: to improve employee retention and discretionary efforts.
7. Employee Relations, Welfare, Audit & Compliance Management: Build and maintain a cordial work environment at the site. Ensure compliance to applicable statutory, regulatory & and social provisions with the help of Legal and other teams of experts internally / externally and maintain audit readiness on real real-time basis. Ensure closure of audit observations.
