Job description:Key Responsibilities1. Handle end-to-end recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, salary negotiation, and onboarding.2. Source candidates using various platforms: job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.3. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and create effective job descriptions.4. Conduct initial telephonic/virtual screening to evaluate candidates' fit.5. Manage candidate database (ATS/Excel/CRM) and ensure timely updates.6. Maintain strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.7. Ensure timely closures of open positions within agreed SLAs.8. Conduct reference checks and background verification as required.9. Support in employer branding initiatives and recruitment drives.10. Share weekly and monthly recruitment reports with management.Key Skills & Competencies1. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment strategies.2. Hands-on experience with job boards like Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS tools.3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.4. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.5. Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.6. Knowledge of HR compliance and hiring best practices.Consultancy background is preferred
