Aerospace Technical Recruiter/ Sr recruiter

• Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aerospace, or Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (AME).
• Proficient understanding of aircraft systems configuration management and aircraft maintenance.
• Proactive, collaborative team player with strong organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills with assertiveness.
• Mandatory advanced proficiency in English.

• Update internal databases with accurate employee information, managing contact details and employment forms.
• Take charge of the complete recruitment life cycle, attracting qualified candidates through strategic means such as job advertisements, recruiter outreach, and utilization of newsgroups and job sites.
• Source resumes for Aerospace/Defense recruitment roles, meticulously screening candidates to match job requirements.
• Coordinate with interview panels and candidates, ensuring seamless scheduling and conducting follow-ups.
• Manage salary negotiation and documentation for selected candidates.
• Streamline the recruitment process and maintain a talent pool in alignment with organizational needs.
• Familiarity with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and proficiency in resume databases.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools.
