- Works independently on complex systems or infrastructure components that may be used by one or more applications or systems.
- Drives application development focused around delivering business valuable features.
- Maintains high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.
- Identifies and encourages areas for growth and improvement within the team.
- Communicates with end users and internal customers to help direct development, debugging, and testing of application software for accuracy, integrity, interoperability, and completeness.
- Performs integrated testing and customer acceptance testing of components that require careful planning and execution to ensure timely, quality results.
- Manages the completion of own work assignments and coordinates work with others.
- A four-year degree from an accredited college or university.
- Five years or more of software development experience.
- Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Good understanding of NodeJS and SASS.
- Experience working with Accessibility guidelines and defect resolution.
- Experience working with Adobe Experience Manager.
- Using responsive design to ensure satisfactory accuracy and compliance across mobile and desktop browsers.
- Proven experience in some of the following:
- Experience with Gulp and Grunt.
- Experience in more than one Content Management System.
