- Practitioner with an experience of 6 - 8 years
- SAP HCM certified and experienced consultant with an experience of 6+ years
- Should have played the lead role in atleast 1 end to end SAP HCM implementation with additional implementation experience in atleast 1 SAP HCM implementation in India.
- Experience with atleast 1 Public Sector / State Government / Central government SAP HCM implementation
- Strong knowledge of atleast 2 out of the following areas
- India payroll
- Positive time management
- Personnel Administration & Organisation Management (with enhancements to infotypes, workflows, reports)
- Performance Management
- Training
- Recruitment
- Travel Management
- Of these it will be good to have experience in implementing SAP Payroll or positive time management in a PSU
- Strong configuration skills around Core functionality of Payroll or Time Management like-
- PCR Configuration
- Payroll / Time configuration tables
- Wage type/ Time Type / Time Wage Type characteristics
- Payroll posting configuration
- Knowledge of Indian infotypes
- Retroactive processing
- Payslip / Time forms and reports configuration
- Statutory reports.
- Actively participated in Design, Playback and UAT workshops.
- Should have managed the data migration for SAP HCM projects across the listed SAP HCM solutions and knowledge of data migration tools in S4HANA is an added advantage
- Excellent client handling skills with in-person engagement among Indian customers in a corporate office & factory set up
- Additional certifications and secondary experience in atleast one of the SuccessFactors modules like Recruitment, Performance Management and Learning would be an added advantage.
- Good Communication and Team work skills.
- Base location: Pan India
- This profile involves frequent / occasional travelling to client locations OR this profile does not involve extensive travel for work.
