Join Ansira and be part of a global marketing agency that values experience.Duties/Responsibilities:Review marketing materials against an established set of guidelines and brand standards, enter results into database, and communicate results of the review to advertisersConduct a primary review of post-campaign activities to determine whether advertisements were executed as specified in program guidelinesComplete administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, letter processing, mailing, etc.Perform website functionality checksMay perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with program guidelines (QC)Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Advertising preferred0-2 years' experience in a fast-paced office environment with administrative experienceSome remote-work experience preferredProven technical competence including experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and OutlookStrong attention to detail and excellent time managementAbility to organize work, multitask and meet deadlinesExceptional ability to work within a team environmentSolid verbal and written communication skillsFluent production and comprehension of oral and written English
