Join us to make your mark on the planning and product roadmap at the forefront of the world's cloud security leader.We're looking for an experienced Technical Trainer to join our Cyber Academy team. Reporting to the Manager, Technical Training Delivery, you'll be responsible for:
  • Instructing Zscaler technical courses and certifications online and in-class with professionalism and effective techniques
  • Configuring and troubleshooting Zscaler training environments, including Zero Trust Exchange, Cloud Protection solutions, and network services, while managing remote labs, configuring student pods, and resolving issues
  • Managing class rosters, track attendance, and collect post-class surveys
  • Providing support and assistance to students as needed
  • Delivering training onsite or virtually, with up to 90% travel, including remote locations in India, and flexibility across APJ time zones
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
  • 4+ years of experience in technical training
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to tailor training to the target audience
  • Ability to mentor and influence effectively
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience as a technical instructor in network security, cloud, or SaaS technology
  • Bachelor's degree in a technology major with a minor in communications, or equivalent technical/communications certifications
  • Strong classroom skills: presentation, listening, engagement, cultural sensitivity, and understanding
