  • Deliver delegated elements of the developing design in line with contract requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date training and knowledge of statutory and regulatory obligations.
  • Engage with business improvement initiatives, supporting continuous enhancement of delivery.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to junior colleagues, fostering professional growth.
  • Build strong working relationships across internal stakeholders, supporting team and regional strategies.
  • Embed sustainability by proactively managing carbon impacts and supporting Mace’s net zero transition.
You’ll need to have:
  • Degree qualification is essential with 10-12 years experience.
  • Full construction delivery life-cycle experience, in complex, highly regulated or mission critical projects is essential.
  • Strong communicator with proven stakeholder and leadership capability.
  • Professionally qualified in a relevant discipline or membership.
