- Build and manage a strong B2B sales pipeline across assigned territories
- Develop and nurture relationships with architects, interior designers, and key clients

- Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
- Manage and track multiple ongoing projects, ensuring timely follow-ups and execution
- Collaborate with internal design and product teams to meet client requirements
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to drive engagement
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
- Maintain accurate tracking of sales activities, pipeline, and project updates
- 5+ years of experience in B2B or project sales, preferably in furniture, interiors, or related industries
- Strong network with architects, designers, and industry stakeholders
- Proven ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-focused approach
- Familiarity with project-based sales cycles and client engagement processes
