Arrange vehicle for dispatch material and finalize rates.
Coordinate with office and production unit for dispatch material.
Update stock with back office weekly or as per requirement.
Update stock (e.g., extra printed material, rejected material, die) at premises every 15 days.
Prepare packing lists and file with client orders.
Email relevant parties regarding material dispatch.
Create material challans and email them to the office for billing.
Confirm transport details for new shipments.
Communicate transport details to parties and confirm material receipt the following day.
Address party inquiries regarding material status and resolve queries at the appropriate level.
Allot work to personnel at the godown.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Prior experience in dispatch operations is preferred.
Proficient in using office software and inventory management systems.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
